She went out of her way to fix a loose crown I had which was discovered after seeing the Hygienist.  Staff are very friendly and their follow-up after you have been, is excellent. When Dr Bell retired I was dismayed as he was such a skilled and gentle dentist but somehow Francesca is even better!
