I highly recommend Dr Karen Harris and her team at the City Dental Lounge. Dr Harris is competent, businesslike and pleasant, and is extremely interested in her profession, often attending courses to extend her knowledge. The Lounge is a welcoming establishment with relaxing views of the harbour and ferry wharves, and her assistants Rachel and Marli are solicitous and cheerful. This setting, combined with Dr Harris’ competence, removed any anxiety I might otherwise have felt embarking on a course of treatment. Dr Harris was willing to discuss her charges, which were reasonable, and a treatment plan that suited me. We chose Dr Harris as our family dentist in Wellington in 1993, on a friend’s recommendation. When we moved to an inner city Auckland apartment recently it was a pleasant surprise to discover she had opened the City Dental Lounge nearby.
